MITHIKO®PACK for making 24/40 pizzas:
contains 24 or 40 pizza-rounds of special MITHIKO® dough weighing 250 g (0,55 lb) each (ingredients: wheat flour, “0” selection water, vegetable oil, salt, natural yeast, malt), 2 kg (4,4 lb) cubed mozzarella cheese (ingredients: milk, salt, rennet), 2 kg (4,4 lb) seasoned tomato (ingredients: tomatoes, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and origan).
Tips: store at -18 °C (0 °F) for up to 12 months.
At -12 °C (10 °F) the product should be used within one month. Thawed at 0/+5 °C (37/41 °F) the product keeps its characteristics unaltered for 3-4 days.
